I use tarot, creativity, and stress management tools to help people navigate change and rediscover their sense of direction.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, creatively blocked, or standing at a personal or career crossroads, I offer intuitive, grounded support to help you reconnect with your inner voice and move forward with intention. My work is rooted in the belief that transitions — while challenging — are invitations to deepen, realign, and reimagine who we are becoming.
I take a holistic approach that honors the interplay between your emotional, mental, physical, and creative well-being. My sessions are adapted to client's needs and can integrate:
My relationship with tarot began in childhood, when I became drawn to the mysticism held within the cards. Over time, that fascination matured into deep study — of tarot’s symbolic history and its connection to the unconscious, metaphor, image, and myth. My tarot work is deeply informed by the philosophies of Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell. I explore these concepts through my art as well, which includes many tarot-inspired images. it is not necessarily about fortune-telling, but about unlocking centuries of collective wisdom and offering it as a mirror to your own inner knowing.
I also believe in the power of creative expression to heal and connect us to our inner wisdom. Informed by the work of Julia Cameron, Cathy Malchiodi, Amy Backos, Shaun McNiff, and others, I often support clients in cultivating a personal relationship with creativity — not just as a skill, but as a life-affirming practice. Whether through writing, art-making, dance, or playful exploration, creative engagement becomes a source of insight, emotional regulation, and inspiration across all areas of life.
I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which holds its coaches to stringent education and experience requirements. I completed my professional coaching training with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am also a certified practitioner of the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and I have studied Jungian psychology at The Centre for Applied Jungian Studies. .
My background includes a Master of Social Work from Fordham University, which included courses on various techniques designed to help individuals with a wide range of everyday problems, My graduate training included a supervised internship where I provided counseling to individuals, families and groups. However, please note that I do not practice social work or psychotherapy as an independent practitioner. I offer coaching, which is an unregulated profession that is allied to but is distinct from other human service fields in that it does not diagnose or treat mental disorders or medical issues. While I don’t practice therapy in this capacity, my training informs the depth and care with which I do my work.
With many years in the corporate world, a thriving creative practice, and the lived experience of navigating parenthood, burnout, and transformation, I understand how complex — and beautiful — real life can be.
Whether you're in a moment of quiet uncertainty or active decision-making, I create space for both stillness and momentum.
"I worked with Anna in the past as a client and I can't say enough about how great it is to work with her. She is an excellent coach and holds herself to very high standards. Anna is very knowledgeable, creative and passionate about her work. She truly cares about doing what is best for her clients. When working with my recruiting firm, Anna delivered group coaching as well as one-on-one coaching for me as a business leader and for several members of my team.
Everyone she worked with expressed that the sessions left them feeling refreshed, energized, optimistic and inspired. Her work contributed greatly to our success as individuals and as a team. Anna is a great listener, who also offers insight at perfect times. She made great use of metaphors, analogies, and examples that stayed with me. Sessions with her are always productive, and her clients benefit greatly from her depth of knowledge, education and experience."
"Anna is an empathetic and intuitive coach who I really enjoyed working with. Her positive and collaborative coaching style makes her approachable and easy to talk to. Anna played an instrumental role helping me clarify my career goals. She was encouraging and at times challenged me to explore the ambiguous sides of me which drove personal behavior. I highly recommend Anna as a coach and believe any client will be luck to work with her. "
